Modern Printing Technology
Ink jet printing significantly reduces our carbon footprint compared to traditional offset printing. Setup waste is below 5% per project. The inkjet process eliminates petroleum-based inks and chemical solvents, reducing waste.
In our offset printing, we actively work towards an aggressive reduction in our carbon footprint. One of our key sustainable practices is the use of UV inks, providing additional benefits to both our processes and the environment. UV inks offer faster drying times, reducing energy consumption during production. Additionally, they contain fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs), contributing to improved air quality and worker safety. UV inks are also known for their vibrant colors and durability, ensuring a high-quality print product with minimal environmental impact.
M&G advocates for digital proofing and sign-offs when appropriate, reducing the need for hard copy proofs, chemicals, substrates, and transportation.
Impact Tracking
We actively track and recycle solvent, paper, cardboard and aluminum. Recent totals recycled annually include:
- 120 tons of paper
- 550 gallons of solvent
- 10 tons of cardboard
- 5.5 tons of aluminum plates
Energy Efficiency Investments
Our 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility enhances energy efficiency with the use of LED lighting, further decreasing our carbon footprint.

Being an FSC® Certified Company, we take pride in our ability to produce specific jobs using the chain of custody process for responsible sustainable forest management.
Printing on FSC® accredited paper from sustainably managed forests helps:

Our certification holds us accountable to strict standards when it comes to our own environmental policies and procedures.
