Columbia College provides a curriculum blending creative arts, education, and business courses for nearly 7,000 students in Chicago’s Cultural Mile downtown. Seeking to effectively showcase its offerings to diverse prospective applicants and parents, Columbia College partnered with M&G to produce a print promotional piece communicating its unique ethos.
Challenge
Columbia College sought print collateral that would resonate with both prospective creative-focused students as well as practical business-minded parents. The promotional piece needed to communicate depth across the curriculum including media arts, liberal education and business courses. Columbia College also wanted lasting tangible materials reflecting technical printing sophistication and elevated design.
Solution
M&G produced and printed a 52-page perfect bound book with a translucent vellum cover symbolizing the talents within Columbia’s creative community. Meticulous printing combined with Columbia’s bold curation aimed to inform and engage prospective students on educational offerings.
Outcome
