Movement-Image: Liquid Snapshots of Digital Realities
If "music is liquid architecture" as DJ spooky once claimed (or was it John Cage?), then how does the frame of a MOVEMENT-IMAGE house refugee realities? How do the spaces created by repeated flashes of light give a home to indeterminacy? Moreover, how can we use the politics of identity in the MOVEMENT-IMAGE to construct real alternative spaces for ourselves, here and now?
